• Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Create personalised messages and refine targeting criteria based on real-time data and market insights.
• Customer Journey Mapping and Optimisation: Map and enhance customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates. Implement strategies to elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse campaign data to extract actionable insights. Prepare comprehensive reports on performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing.

Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products and services.

You will work on a variety of projects, from minor repairs to full restorations, helping our clients keep their boats in top condition for years to come.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boat Repair and Maintenance:
  • Inspect boats to diagnose structural, mechanical, and cosmetic issues.
  • Perform repairs on hulls, decks, and other boat components using fiberglass, aluminum, or wood.
  • Reseal and waterproof boats to prevent leaks and ensure long-term durability.
